Design Plan
1. I want to persuade the reader to make sure that in the future they as mothers will never doing or take anything that could affect their future children that are in the womb and for the future fathers to make sure that they will make sure that their future wives would not put their children in to anything that dangerous. I am writing about this because there are too many children out who are effected by what their mothers did when they were in the womb.
2. I am going to use pathos to make the readers emotions be affected. I will show young children that are affected because of the mothers. I will add examples showing the reader how bad it can affect the children. I will also use a lot of logos, to show how it exactly effect the children and the ways that the reader can help prevent those things from happening and what the doctors are already doing.
3. I think the paper and the picture essay will be two great mediums to show the purpose of the papers. I think that the papers will give all of the details that the pictures cannot and I think that the pictures will give the reader more evidence and more emotions. It is one thing to read about something and another thing actually see what you read.
4. I think what I will do is first tell the audience what happens to the babies and how the mother has affected them. Then I will tell them how the doctors are trying to help out these children. Afterwards I think that I will tell the readers how to prevent something like that from happening to their children.
5. I will write the paper throughout the weeks making sure that I have sold sources and a topic that fits my needs and the readers as well. Then I will turn in the produced project when I am told when it is due. I will set aside time most nights to make sure that it sounds good to other readers and not just myself.
6. I will have family and friends make sure that it sounds right to them and make sure to get any suggestions it they have any. My family is filled with teachers so they should know what a good paper sounds and looks like.

Design Plan
1. My purpose is to make the reader know more about the illness of Leukemia and how it effects the young and the old. The website I will be working with is http://www.lls.org/ . It shows support for those people with Leukemia and other cancers. Leukemia is one of the most common case of cancer with children. Working with children is my goal to becoming a nurse.
2. My audience that I would like to get is from late teens to any age above. This is because anyone can get Leukemia and between those ages will have the most effect on them. This would let them know what can help prevent this cancer and make sure that they are aware of any symptoms to make sure that they are always prepare. Making sure that it would be caught quickly.
3. If I make sure that people can see the message at any time of the any day, because it never hurt to tell anyone about a cancer and how to make sure that they are not affected by it. So to make sure that people are always aware of anything that could possibly happen to them.
4. I will use a lot of pathos to make sure that the reader’s emotions are touched deeply. I will show this by making sure to have statistics showing how many people can have this disease. I will also show how kids are affected by showing pictures of them throughout the poster. And by showing adults as well will also make the audience realize it can also affect them. I will also use logos in there for the statistics and quotes from doctors themselves. Helping the audience understand how dangerous it really is.
5. The medium I would like to use is a poster. Showing the sides of the people with leukemia. Ways to help those patients and to make sure that they know what could happen to the reader if they got leukemia.
6. I am going to make sure that the arrangement show a lot of picture to make the reader realize that they can be affect by Leukemia and so can their children or future children, I will make sure that the statistics are not overly obnoxious by show on the poster so that they are still eye catching. To make sure that they will not be ignored.

Design Plan
I am going to do my research paper on Down syndrome. I am first going to write about how one gets Down syndrome, what happens to the body, and what happens to the brain. I am then going to talk about how those children go throughout their earlier lives, going through school, and dealing with any issues that they may overcome. Lastly, I will talk about what a Down syndrome person will/would have to do in order to survive in the average day when they are adults. I think that the audience will like my research paper, because it will informational and it will give insight on what they have to overcome in their life, and what they might have to deal with if they ever have a Down syndrome child. My argument will be that people with Down syndrome will not have to be taken care of for the rest of their lives, there are people, and programs that will help them accomplish whatever they want. My medium will be a paper, that will be only about Down syndrome. If I were to add anything to the paper it would probably be pictures but that is it. I think that being informed in a 8-10 page paper will be enough. I am going to use pathos throughout the paper; when talking about what the people have to go through and what they have to deal with day in and day out. I will use ethos, when using the facts that I get and making sure that they are written by professionals. I will use logos throughout when using the research that I get about the Down syndrome citizens.
